RICKY BOWDEN, 50, of Neptune Way, Slough, convicted of interfering with a motor vehicle, namely a BMW, obstructing a police constable in the execution of their duty, theft, namely of two pairs of glasses and glass cases, and two counts of using threatening behaviour likely to cause harassment or distress, in Slough on October 27, 2020. Committed to prison for 26 weeks as the offence was ‘motivated, wholly or partly, by hostility towards persons who are of a particular sexual orientation’ and because the offence was committed while the defendant was on bail. Fined £250 and made to pay £128 in court fees.

INES DARRITCHON, 18, of Earlsfield, Holyport, convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare at Maidenhead on October 15, 2021. Fined £440, made to pay £12.00 in compensation, and ordered to pay £224 in court fees. 
JASON LEI, 33, of London Road, Slough, convicted of travelling on a railway without having paid a fare at Slough on October 13, 2021. Fined £440, made to pay £3.30 in compensation, and ordered to pay £224 in court fees.

SANJEEV RALHAN, 46, of Oatlands Drive, Slough admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by not attending appointments in November 2021 and January 2022. Fined £40 and made to pay court costs of £60.
