Latest Berkshire companies who remain on HMRC’s list for unpaid taxes

A number of companies throughout Berkshire have remained on the latest HMRC tax defaulters list following it’s latest update.

The list published by the HMRC’s Publishing Details of Deliberate Defaulters (PDDD) scheme details people and businesses who have received financial penalties for either deliberately failing to comply with tax obligations or deliberately filing errors in tax returns.

The government department says publishing the names is “about influencing behaviour by encouraging defaulters to engage with HMRC.”

Updated every three month, defaulters are given the oppertunity to present reasons why their details should not be published.
